**Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct initial document screening to identify risks and inconsistencies, suggesting adjustments when necessary. * Analyze and review contractual clauses prior to submission to the responsible department, including: * Preliminary verification of tax compliance (tax responsibilities, applicable taxes, tax withholdings, and payment treatments). * Review of tax-related clauses with a focus on risk identification and alignment with the Tax Department. * Formal documentation of analyses and recommendations. * Analyze requests for amendments to clauses in existing contracts. * Support negotiations with suppliers, participate in meetings with Procurement and Legal departments, and balance commercial interests with risk mitigation. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Law is mandatory; * Prior experience in procurement contract analysis, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry; * Knowledge of contract law is desirable. * English proficiency is desirable. **Location: Macaé/RJ** **100% On-site** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$1,747.11 – R$6,407.03 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Childcare allowance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Questions: * • Do you hold a completed bachelor’s degree in Law? * • Do you have prior experience in contract management within procurement? * • Are you available to work on-site in Macaé/RJ?
