Support for multidisciplinary teams Posting Date: 24 Jul 2026 City: Macae' Location: Macae', BR, 27915\-011 Contract Type: Permanent Division: Plant Engineering Level of experience: Junior RINA is currently recruiting for a **Designer** to join its office in Rio de Janeiro or Macae within the **Plant Engineering** Division. **Mission** ----------- The Design Technician will be responsible for developing and reviewing subsea layouts and technical drawings for engineering projects, with a focus on decommissioning operations, using CAD tools to develop solutions compliant with project requirements, applicable standards, and internal procedures. **Key Accountabilities** ------------------------ * Develop subsea layouts and technical drawings for decommissioning projects. * Develop layouts, details, and engineering plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D. * Review and update technical drawings according to project changes. * Interpret engineering documents, technical specifications, and reference models. * Ensure drawing compliance with project requirements, technical standards, and internal standards. * Support multidisciplinary teams in developing and reviewing technical documentation. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in developing technical drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D. * Knowledge of AutoCAD and other 2D/3D CAD tools will be considered an advantage. * Experience with subsea layouts or offshore projects will be considered an advantage. * Ability to interpret drawings, technical specifications, and engineering documentation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. **Competencies** ---------------- * WORKPLACE DYNAMICS \- Resourcefulness in shaping progress and working efficiently. * PERSONAL EMPOWERMENT \- Ownership for life, work and results, striving to grow professionally and personally. * INTERPERSONAL INFLUENCE \- Skills and strategies we use to interact effectively with others. * DOMAIN \& BUSINESS ACUMEN \- Applying a scientific approach and critical thinking in operations and solution development within area of expertise. * FORESIGHT \& INSIGHT \- Context awareness adopting a systemic perspective and informed decision making.
