Telephone reception and front desk services *The Orion Energy*, a company specializing in the rental of tubulars and accessories for the Oil & Gas industry, is recruiting candidates for its *Administrative Apprentice Program.* *Key Responsibilities:* * Support administrative and Human Resources Department activities (timekeeping, payroll, hiring process); * Receive, verify, organize, digitize, and archive various documents; * Provide telephone reception and in-person front desk services; * Perform tasks in accordance with ORION ENERGY’s QSMS guidelines. *Requirements:* * Completed High School education; * Age between 18 and 22 years; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet usage; * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); * Availability to work 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
