




Job Summary: The Cementing Customer Engagement Coordinator acts as the customer contact point, managing operations, driving revenue, and ensuring delivery of high-quality services. Ensures service compliance and adopts technological solutions The Cementing Customer Engagement Coordinator is responsible for acting as the customer contact point for Product Line operations, providing superior levels of support throughout the service delivery process, driving contract revenue, profitability, and receivables management. Develops and delivers optimized technical projects for the area of responsibility. The Customer Engagement Coordinator establishes and maintains a professional relationship with the customer and maximizes knowledge about the customer to add value to the contract for both SLB and the customer. Ensures that services delivered to the customer comply with contractual agreements and meet the customer’s objectives and performance metrics. This person drives the adoption of effective technological solutions for the customer’s needs and challenges. The Customer Engagement Coordinator coordinates communication channels and activities between the customer and the service delivery team and is responsible for COSD (i.e., resource consumption). Responsibilities * Develop technical project tasks as required for the Product Line. * Support the PSD Manager during execution phase with project changes, as needed, due to changes in task dimensions, resource availability, service quality incidents, etc. Support incident response, recovery, and incident investigation. * Analyze task execution against the project and formally document project improvements and optimization opportunities (lessons learned and best practices). * Record/update customer activity for service delivery visibility in business systems. * Record and internally communicate relevant customer information. * Record and confirm specific task requirements. * As a member of the Account Team, identify and capture sales leads—both within and outside the Product Line—as well as from other product lines beyond the scope of the existing contract, and contribute to the Account Plan. * Compile and review cost estimates for consolidation with the technical proposal. * Assess task risks during customer requirement analysis. * Participate in briefing and debriefing sessions with the PSD team, as required, to ensure clear understanding of customer objectives. * Communicate recommendations and actions to the customer to mitigate unplanned events. * Ensure task deliverables are accurate and completed on time. Facilitate Service Quality (SQ) event reviews with customers, as required. * Coordinate and conduct regular Service Quality meetings with the customer. * Evaluate customer feedback through satisfaction reports and performance evaluations. * Review the quality and integrity of field tickets. * Proactively identify and resolve invoice disputes related to product and service delivery issues. Minimum Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields * Active CREA registration Proven experience in cementing projects: development, design, and execution of projects; evaluation and coordination of equipment installation and maintenance services; and logistical management of resources. * Software knowledge: SAP, Office Suite (desirable) * Advanced English Benefits International Opportunities Global adventure, broad exposure, and limitless learning await you.
