




Job Summary: Manage the maintenance team to ensure the proper functioning of facilities and equipment with an emphasis on preventive/corrective maintenance and infrastructure safety. Manage the maintenance team and ensure the proper functioning of facilities (electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, refrigeration) and equipment, focusing on preventive/corrective maintenance. Organize repair schedules, ensure guest and staff safety, control inventory, reduce operational costs, and maintain infrastructure quality. Ensure compliance with safety regulations (PPE), health standards, and sanitary surveillance requirements. Manage material stock levels, oversee vendor and third-party contractor relationships. Coordinate rapid responses to emergencies (e.g., power outages, leaks) to minimize impact on hotel operations. Prior maintenance experience is required; hospitality industry experience is preferred.
