Organize repair schedules, ensure guest and staff safety, control inventory, and reduce operational costs while maintaining infrastructure quality. Ensure compliance with safety regulations (PPE), health standards, and sanitary surveillance requirements. Manage material stock levels, oversee supplier and third-party relationships. Coordinate rapid responses to emergencies (power outages, leaks) to minimize impact on hotel operations. Prior maintenance experience is required; experience in the hospitality sector is preferred.
