We seek a professional focused on productivity, autonomy, and technical quality. **Job Description** The professional will be responsible for installing residential and commercial split air-conditioning units and performing preventive and corrective maintenance, using the Auvo system for service order management. **Responsibilities** * Perform complete split system installations (mounting, piping, vacuuming, and testing). * Independently conduct preventive and corrective maintenance in the field. * Meet daily productivity targets (e.g., 1 installation or 3 maintenance tasks per day). * Operate the digital service order management system (Auvo). **Requirements** * **Professional Experience:** Demonstrable hands-on experience. * **Technical Skills:** Full mastery of the installation and maintenance cycle. * **Profile:** Ability to work independently in the field and focus on achieving targets. * **Location:** Must reside in Macaé or nearby areas.
