Application of technical standards and quality standards **Job Objective:** Coordinate, supervise, and guide technical activities related to Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems and other electronic security solutions, ensuring proper equipment operation, adherence to operational procedures, technical standards, and company-defined deadlines. **Responsibilities:** · Coordinate and monitor the activities of technical teams responsible for installation, maintenance, configuration, and support of CCTV systems. · Plan, assign, and supervise technical tasks related to video monitoring systems. · Monitor the operation of equipment and systems used in operations, identifying and resolving potential technical failures. · Provide technical support to operational and administrative teams as needed. · Prepare and monitor technical reports, incident logs, and performance indicators related to departmental activities. · Ensure implementation of technical procedures, internal policies, and company-established quality standards. · Technically guide and monitor team members under supervision. · Interact with suppliers, clients, and other company departments regarding technical matters. · Ensure appropriate use of equipment, systems, and resources allocated for task execution. · Preparation of Technical Reports. · Conduct periodic visits to units and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues. · Hold alignment meetings with internal managers. · Perform other related duties as required by the company and compatible with the position. **Requirements:** Technical or higher education degree in electronics, telecommunications, networking, or information technology, or proven experience in the field. · Technical Knowledge: · Management of technical teams, · Project planning, · Preventive and corrective maintenance management, · Analog, HD, and IP-based CCTV systems. · Configuration and management of DVRs, NVRs, and recording servers. · Configuration and maintenance of IP cameras, analog cameras, and PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) cameras. · Video Management System (VMS) platforms and monitoring software. · Computer networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, basic routing, IP addressing, and structured cabling). · Network infrastructure applied to video monitoring (switches, routers, fiber optics, and communication radios). · Integration of CCTV systems with access control, alarm, and security automation systems. · Diagnosis and resolution of failures in electronic security equipment. · Remote access configuration, network recording, and image storage. · Basic understanding of information security as applied to monitoring systems. · Interpretation of technical diagrams, layouts, and electronic security projects. · Planning of technical installations and expansion of monitoring systems. · Technical standards applicable to installation of electronic and security equipment.
