Currently, the Bueno Group comprises four banners: * Pecista: Focused exclusively on wholesale sales of high-volume auto parts; **\- Kaizen \- The Auto Parts House: A wholesale-retail hybrid focused on sales to mechanics and end consumers;** * **Kaizen Distribuidora: A distributor serving exclusively automotive business clients (CNPJ), offering differentiated pricing and quality service.** * G10: An auto parts brand specializing in electrical and chemical products; * Portal: An e\-commerce solution for mechanics. The Bueno Group was founded in 1994 with Pecista, the largest auto parts distributor in the Federal District. Starting in 2019, we began our expansion with Kaizen \- The Auto Parts House, created to strengthen proximity with repair shops and serve individual customers (CPF). Currently, Kaizen operates five branches in the Federal District: Asa Norte, Ceilândia, Gama, SOF Sul, and Planaltina\-DF. And we won’t stop here! Brasília was just the beginning **and in 2024 we launched operations outside the Federal District—in Goiânia!** We’ll cross another barrier and continue toward nationwide expansion! **We want you on board to make history together!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * **ETL/ELT Development:** Design and maintain simple integration workflows using Pentaho, Airflow, and n8n; * **Routine Automation:** Write Python scripts for API-based data collection, file processing, and process automation; * **Database Maintenance:** Perform basic manipulations in MySQL and PostgreSQL; * **Internal Support:** Respond to business-area requests for report extraction and spreadsheet automation; * **Monitoring:** Monitor DAG execution in Airflow and identify data processing failures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience with SQL (Joins, Aggregations, data types); * Practical experience with Python; * Familiarity with low\-code or automation tools (e.g., n8n or similar); * Knowledge of HTTP protocols and API/Webhook consumption; * Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Pentaho); * Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. **Additional Information** **Salary:** R$ 6\.850,00 \+ variable bonus based on performance targets (up to R$ 500,00\). **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal/food allowance of R$ 18.65/day; * Food basket; * Dental plan; * Health insurance; * Totalpass; * Starbem; * Group life insurance; * Discounts on auto parts; * Christmas basket \+ toy for employees with children; * Diaper kit; * SESC membership; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Employee referral program; * Numerous internal selection processes. **Working Hours:** 44-hour weekly schedule, Monday through Friday. **Location:** STRC (Cargo Sector), Trecho 2, Conjunto D, Lots 09/10, \- Industrial Zone, DF. **On\-site work mode.** We are Kaizen \- The Auto Parts House, one of the banners of the Bueno Group \- a group formed by different companies sharing a common purpose. We then moved to a 30m² store, followed by a 60m² location; in 2000, we relocated to an even larger headquarters—and continued expanding! **In 2019, we felt a stronger need for growth—not only physically, but also in market reach!** We needed to better serve the retail market and open stores—that is, increase our points of sale.
