Collaborative work with various departments to ensure logistical integrity **Job Description – Senior Logistics Analyst (Fugini Alimentos \- Cristalina/GO)** **Position:** Senior Logistics Analyst **Department:** Logistics **Sector:** Logistics **Work Location:** Fugini Alimentos Unit \- Cristalina/GO **Main Responsibilities** * Control and monitor inventory levels, ensuring accuracy of both system-based and physical information. * Conduct and monitor cyclic and general inventories, analyzing discrepancies and proposing corrective actions. * Verify material movements among warehouses, production, and shipping departments. * Monitor stock entries, exits, transfers, and adjustments in the ERP system. * Prepare managerial reports and performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and inventory control. * Support standardization and improvement of administrative processes within the logistics department. * Analyze inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and track action plans. * Perform documentary verification of invoices, production orders, and other documents related to material movements. * Support internal and external audits by providing required information and documentation. * Collaborate with Production, Procurement, PCP, Quality, and Warehouse departments to ensure logistical data integrity. * Update material master data and support administrative controls management within the department. * Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvements to logistics processes. **Requirements\Education** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in administrative logistics, warehousing, or inventory control within an industrial environment. * Experience conducting cyclic and general inventories. * Knowledge of inventory control and movement. * Experience with ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS, Protheus, or similar). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, filters, and charts). * Analytical ability to identify discrepancies and prepare reports. * Knowledge of logistics indicators (inventory accuracy, inventory turnover, inventory discrepancies, etc.). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in teams and interact with various company departments. **Compensation: R$4\.000,00 \- R$5\.000,00** **Benefits: Meal Allowance = R$163.62 + Health Insurance = R$208.75 + Life Insurance + Profit Sharing (PLR) + 14th Salary.** Payment: R$4\.000,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance Work location: On-site
