**Your responsibilities will include:**
* Responsible for daily maintenance, preservation, and fault elimination of equipment in the transformer manufacturing plant; developing equipment maintenance plans; managing the maintenance team; ensuring efficient equipment operation and reducing downtime.
* Experience in equipment management; familiarity with transformer production processes; team management capability; ability to independently resolve equipment issues; knowledge of preventive maintenance.
* Experience in equipment management or in the transformer or electrical equipment manufacturing industry.
* Certifications related to equipment management (e.g., CMMS certification).
* Availability to work in shifts; strong communication and coordination skills.
Requirements:
* Full lifecycle equipment management: Experience in industrial equipment management; expertise in maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of key equipment in transformer production lines (winding machines, vacuum impregnation systems, dielectric strength testing benches, etc.).
* Team leadership and interdepartmental cooperation: Experience managing maintenance teams; ability to allocate human resources efficiently, develop work schedules, and closely collaborate with Production, Quality, and EHS departments.
* Implementation of preventive maintenance system: Ability to develop and execute preventive maintenance (PM) plans; application of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodology, significantly reducing equipment failure rates and unplanned downtime.
* Compliance with safety regulations and Brazilian standards: Solid understanding of mandatory Brazilian regulations, such as NR\-10 (Electrical Safety), NR\-12 (Machine and Equipment Safety), as well as factory SMS standards, ensuring 100% compliance in operations.
* Continuous improvement and cost awareness: Optimizing equipment efficiency through OEE data analysis; promoting technical improvements; properly controlling maintenance costs and spare parts inventory.
