This professional will serve as the sales representative's support, directly handling proposal preparation, pricing, and order processing. Main Responsibilities: * Provide strategic and operational support to the sales team; * Assist in organizing and maintaining commercial documents. * Update and manage control and results spreadsheets * Update and manage customer and opportunity databases. * Prepare reports and presentations for the sales team and management. * Lead internal projects and develop long-term strategies * Initiate and monitor internal protocols * Support management whenever necessary * Self-management skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams. * Analytical mindset to develop and implement strategies focused on process optimization. * Experience in commercial back office. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Interpersonal Skills "Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and cordially, both in writing and verbally.
