Dynamic environment focused on development and innovation **Opportunity: Project Coordinator - PMO** --------------------------------------------- To coordinate PMO project activities and new product launch initiatives, providing support to involved departments through project management expertise, provision of templates, application of best practices, training, and organization and accessibility of project information. Experience in drug registration and post-registration processes within the pharmaceutical industry is essential, integrating regulatory knowledge into project execution. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate PMO (Project Management Office) project activities; * Coordinate new product launch projects, monitoring the timeline from petition approval to completion of the process for product sale; * Act as coordinator of the project office, contributing to an organizational structure that promotes standardization of governance and management processes; * Lead projects strategically, prioritizing organizational needs, assessing risks and scope of change, identifying key stakeholders, and maintaining continuous alignment to ensure trust and engagement; * Monitor and guide outsourced projects and testing, ensuring delivery quality complies with the contracted scope and regulatory authority requirements; * Define project management guidelines, establishing procedures for tracking execution; * Structure and disseminate the project management methodology, with defined policies and processes, ensuring execution quality and focus on optimization; * Train users on established methodologies, promoting procedural standardization; * Conduct audits of ongoing projects, identifying non-conformities and proposing solutions; * Develop indicators to monitor project office activities, generating data to support managers’ decision-making; * Collect information for building and measuring indicators, supporting senior management; * Monitor project and portfolio reports currently underway; * Implement improvements according to departmental needs, aiming to meet company expectations regarding productivity indices, cost reduction, and result maximization; * Ensure compliance with internal standards and procedures, coordinating, managing, and guiding departmental activities, as well as being accountable for quality, deadlines, reliability, and performance of services and information generated; * Coordinate the team under their responsibility, scheduling vacations, managing attendance records and performance evaluations, identifying and proposing necessary training, and supporting decisions related to hiring, internal transfers, position adjustments, and terminations, in accordance with organizational procedures and current legislation; * Ensure budget preparation in line with annual planning, via appropriate forecasting of material, labor, and service expenses for Board validation, as well as coordinating long-term budget forecasts. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** ---------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; Chemistry; Engineering or related fields; * Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Project Management. **Requirement** ------------- * Experience in drug registration and post-registration processes within the pharmaceutical industry is essential, integrating regulatory knowledge into project execution. **Knowledge** ----------------- * Microsoft Office Suite; * Project Management; * People Management; * Organizational and time management skills. **Additional Information** **Work Model** ---------------------- * On-site – Pharlab Head Office – Lagoa da Prata/MG. **Working Hours** ----------------------- * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1h30 lunch break. * Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 1h30 lunch break. **Benefits** -------------- * **Meal Voucher**: R$ 710.00 monthly credit. * **Health Insurance**: Company-subsidized plan with co-payment. * **Dental Plan**: 100% covered for employee (dependents subject to co-payment). * **In-house Medicines**: 100% discount upon medical prescription for employee, spouse, and children up to age 14. * **ECX Pharmacy**: Medication purchases with payroll deduction discount. * **Conexa Saúde**: Telemedicine, telepsychology, and telenutrition. * **Gogood**: Physical activity program. * **Group Life Insurance**. * **Private Pension Plan**. * **Birthday Day Off**. * **Performance Bonus for Pharlab 2026 Financial Results Participation and Achievement**: Up to 180% of nominal salary, per internal regulations.
