Job Summary: The Distribution Assistant supports logistics operations, ensuring vehicle availability, route planning, and KPI analysis, as well as interacting with internal teams and customers. Responsibilities:** * Check sales orders in SAP/R3 system and verify stock shortages and approvals * Support vehicle availability and cargo routing * Monitor and analyze distribution area KPIs * Generate and share weekly reports * Develop distribution route schedules * Interact with the commercial team to resolve order discrepancies * Support the team during incidents (vehicle breakdowns, accidents, claims, etc.) * Maintain contact with customers regarding deliveries and sales * Participate in meetings with Distribution and Commercial teams * Perform other duties related to the position **?? Requirements:** * Completed high school education (college enrollment preferred) * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * SAP knowledge * Driver's license Category B **??
