Through leading data science initiatives, you will: * Influence internal customers to drive positive change and impact the business with efficiency gains; * Explore datasets and detect complex patterns across the entire customer journey, as well as across MRV\&CO products; * Participate in developing data solutions and products capable of delivering value to both external and internal customers. In this role, you will participate in a strategic project aimed at increasing company revenue through the application of statistical and computational techniques to improve customer service and the sales funnel. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Computational Mathematics, or other quantitative fields; * Knowledge of statistics and probability concepts and best practices (correlation, sampling, hypothesis testing, experimental design); * Knowledge of predictive modeling (regression, clustering, classification, feature engineering) and *Machine Learning* algorithms (linear models, decision trees, *Boosting*, etc.); * Proficiency in Python and/or R programming; * Experience developing SQL queries; * Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling analytical concepts to be clearly understood by business stakeholders; * A culture of excellence driven by strong critical thinking, intellectual humility, and openness to continuous learning.
