We are looking for an E\-commerce Analyst to join our team, responsible for managing and optimizing our virtual store operations, always aiming for customer service excellence and increased sales. Responsibilities: * Manage and update the online product catalog * Analyze metrics and develop strategies to increase sales * Optimize user experience on the website and ensure navigability * Execute digital marketing actions to promote products and brand * Monitor competitors and identify market opportunities Requirements: * Use Artificial Intelligence tools for e\-commerce process optimization (product descriptions, customer service, data analysis, and task automation); * Support continuous process improvement using technological solutions and digital tools; * Analyze data and generate insights to enhance customer experience and sales performance; * Identify automation opportunities and productivity gains in e\-commerce routines; * Experience with e\-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce); * Knowledge of digital marketing and online sales strategies; * Analytical skills and comfort with numbers; * Strong communication and teamwork abilities; * Degree in related fields (Marketing, Business Administration, IT, etc.).
