We are looking for a **Technical Apprentice I** to join the **[AREA NAME]** team in **[LOCATION]**. **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY WILL BE LIKE:** Attend the training course offered by the designated institution; Receive guidance from the work team to learn and assist with area-related activities, such as: * Scanning documents and sending them to responsible parties; * Creating and maintaining control and organization of digital and/or physical files; * Providing telephone and/or in-person customer service to clients, suppliers, employees, and others; * Receiving and sending emails and maintaining schedule controls; * Receiving and checking invoices; * Controlling the entry and exit of materials and/or equipment; * Recording data and information into spreadsheets and management systems; * Assisting in the preparation of reports and/or presentations; * Complying with the company's SSMA (Safety, Health, and Environment) policies; and * Performing other related tasks. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** Age: between 16 years old and 21 years and 11 months; Currently enrolled in or completed High School or Technical School; Availability for a daily 4-hour work schedule (morning or afternoon) and activities lasting up to 2 years; ️ Plenty of energy to redefine the future!
