




Job Summary: Accounting professional to perform accounting closings, regulatory account analysis, financial statement preparation, and reporting, with a focus on concession agreements. Key Highlights: 1. Performing monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings 2. Analyzing and reconciling balance sheet and income statement accounts 3. Preparing financial statements and regulatory reports Main Responsibilities: * Execute and review monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closings; * Analyze and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts, with emphasis on regulatory assets and liabilities; * Account for and review specific concession-related transactions (CPC 47/IFRIC 12\), including intangible assets, concession obligations, and toll revenue; * Monitor and analyze CAPEX, fixed assets, and intangible assets, including mandatory investments stipulated in the concession agreement; * Prepare and review provisions, estimates, reclassifications, and impairment tests; * Prepare financial statements, explanatory notes, and regulatory reports; * Ensure compliance with CPC/IFRS standards, internal policies, and ANTT requirements; * Support internal and external audits, confirmations, and regulatory inspections; * Analyze financial variances (EBITDA, OPEX, finance) and prepare management explanations; * Monitor regulatory accounts and funds, including escrow accounts where applicable; Analyze cost and expense allocations. * Contribute to process improvements, internal controls, and automation initiatives; Mandatory Requirements: * Advanced knowledge of CPC/IFRS * Experience with accounting closings; * Experience in external auditing and preparation of financial statements (FS) and explanatory notes * Advanced Excel proficiency; Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields; Desirable Qualifications: * Prior experience in highway or infrastructure concessionaires; * Familiarity with concession agreements, mandatory insurance, and regulatory indicators; * Experience preparing reports for shareholders/head office and consolidation; * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. **Why Join Us?** ️ Life insurance Transportation allowance ️ Meal or food allowance Health insurance Dental insurance Childcare allowance School supply allowance Education incentive Wellhub Acolher \- Employee and dependent assistance program Profit-sharing program (PLR) Market-competitive salary VINCI Highways, a subsidiary of VINCI Concessions, is a leader in mobility infrastructure concessions, operations, and services.
