Job Summary: A confectionery shop is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support the preparation, assembly, and finishing of desserts and cakes, as well as maintaining kitchen organization and hygiene. Monitoring expiration dates and storing ingredients The confectionery shop seeks a Kitchen Assistant in Pedro Leopoldo (Centro). **Responsibilities:** Assist in preparing doughs, fillings, and toppings. Help with assembling and finishing desserts and cakes. Sort and organize ingredients. Support baking and cooling processes. Sanitize utensils, molds, and equipment. Keep the kitchen clean and organized. Monitor expiration dates and storage of ingredients. Assist in restocking products in display cases. Follow food hygiene and safety regulations. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Aide, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
