REGIONAL MANAGER - CENTRAL WEST (1888)

The incumbent in this position is responsible for managing a group of stores within a micro-region, providing appropriate support for all demands, whether commercial, organizational, or people-related. Will lead store managers under their responsibility to achieve objectives and targets. Required Requirements: * Bachelor's degree completed; * Postgraduate degree in management or related fields is desirable; * Proficiency in Office suite, with emphasis on advanced Excel; * Preferably knowledge of Android and IOS systems; * Previous experience in leadership positions and team management; * Experience with sales, targets, and performance indicators; * Driver's license category B; * Own vehicle and experience driving on highways. Activities * Carry out weekly planning with immediate leadership; * Monitor store and Cns results and provide visibility to them; * Develop action plans to improve performance of underperforming indicators, analyze cancellations per consultant, and guide to prevent recurrence in new sales; * Review action plans; * Conduct brainstorming meetings, diagnostic committees, and alignment conferences; * Monitor partial results of store managers; * Perform daily closing of results with store managers; * Identify training needs within the team and request training from the responsible department; * Deeply study methods to achieve targets, perform analysis of people, market, price, and promotions; * Promote internal campaigns for the sales force; * Conduct audits (structural, administrative, and others) in stores within your region; * Perform inventory counts in stores; * Provide feedback to leadership and encourage the use of techniques by their subordinates; * Conduct daily morning and/or afternoon meetings with store managers; * Hold recognition conversations to encourage talent retention and reduce turnover; * Teach and reinforce internal procedures (CDC) and external procedures (Telefônica); * Provide support to the sales team; * Actively participate in processes interfacing with Finance, DHO, Personnel Department, Back Office, and Logistics. * Monitor and manage actions from the Gestão 5.0 tool under your responsibility. **(For questions during registration, contact number 38 99910-6722)**
