This professional performs essential functions to ensure smooth traffic flow, accurate tariff recording, and compliance with toll plaza safety regulations. * Collect toll fees according to vehicle categories and established rates; * Provide user assistance, advising on amounts and payment methods (cash, card, etc.); * Issue and deliver toll payment receipts to users, ensuring accurate transaction records; * Monitor vehicle flow, maintaining smooth traffic at toll booths; * Perform cash exchanges and handle funds properly, ensuring collection accuracy; * Maintain booth and service area organization, keeping the environment clean and safe; * Inform users about traffic conditions, lane closures, or other relevant matters, when necessary; * Perform other related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor; * Properly use company-provided systems and resources to carry out work, in accordance with internal policies and procedures; * Know and comply with policies, standards, procedures, or work instructions defined by Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, and Road Safety management systems, as applicable to the role, as established by the company or current legislation; * Comply with safety regulations established for toll plaza operations; * Record and report any incidents or irregularities in vehicle flow or toll collection operations; * Perform end-of-shift cash reconciliation, verifying and recording collected amounts; * Attend to customer and driver needs with courtesy and respect to ensure a positive service experience. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed elementary education; Desirable knowledge or experience in collection procedures and cash handling operations, as well as proficiency in basic calculations and cash handling**.** **Additional Information** On-site work at highway toll plazas; Work Schedule: Shift-based (2 days on / 2 days off\). The Group also manages Way\-262 and Way\-364\. **Way\-306** The Concessionaire of Highway MS\-306 S.A. administers the entire length of MS\-306, from km 0 at the MS/MT border to km 218.1 at its junction with BR\-158 in Cassilândia (MS), and incorporates 1.4 kilometers of BR\-359, from km 0 to the MS/GO border. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia—all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way\-112** The Concessionaire of Eastern MS Highways S.A. holds the concession for highway MS\-112 and sections of BR\-158 and BR\-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS\-112 runs from its junction with BR\-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia, covering 200.5 kilometers. The BR\-158 concession segment extends from MS\-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS\-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR\-436 segment runs from its junction with BR\-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, spanning 18.10 kilometers, crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way\-262** The Concessionaire of Highway BR 262 MG S.A. holds the concession for BR\-262, covering a stretch beginning at km 360\+100 at its junction with BR\-381 in Betim, extending to km 799 at its junction with BR\-050 in Uberaba—a total of 438.9 kilometers. The concessioned section lies entirely within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, crossing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba. **Way\-153** – Rota Sertaneja MG\-GO Concessionaire is responsible for 530.60 kilometers of highways between Goiás and Minas Gerais States. The concessioned stretch begins at BR\-153 in Hidrolândia (junction with GO\-219\) up to the GO/MG border; BR\-153/MG **–** from Itumbiara/GO (end of the Parnaíba River bridge) to Fronteira/MG (junction with BR\-262\); BR\-262/MG **–** from Uberaba/MG (junction with BR\-050\) to its junction with BR\-153 (Pouso Alto/MG). It passes through the following cities: Hidrolândia, Piracanjuba, Professor Jamil, Morrinhos, Goiatuba, Panamá, Itumbiara, Araporã, Centralina, Canápolis, Monte Alegre de Minas, Prata, Campo Florido, Comendador Gomes, Frutal, Fronteira, Uberaba, Conceição das Alagoas, and Veríssimo. **Way\-364 \-** BR\-364 MT S.A. Concessionaire, a company of Grupo Way Brasil, assumed for 30 years the responsibility for administration, recovery, conservation, maintenance, implementation of improvements, and expansion of the concessioned highway segments. The federal concession project covers Mato Grosso and Goiás States, including the city of Rondonópolis/MT, located in the southeastern region of the state, 210 km from the capital Cuiabá, with a population of 245,000 and the state’s second-largest GDP. Rondonópolis lies at the intersection of BR\-163 and BR\-364—highways transporting agricultural and industrial output to major metropolitan centers and Brazilian ports. The concessioned stretch crosses nine municipalities: Rio Verde, Jataí, Mineiros, Santa Rita do Araguaia, Portelândia, Alto Araguaia, Alto Garças, Pedra Preta, and Rondonópolis.
