Job Summary: Quality Assistant responsible for performing equipment calibration, product and process inspections and tests, and organizing quality documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Support the preparation and organization of quality reports Position: Quality Assistant **Location:** Betim \- MG **Responsibilities:** Directly perform equipment calibration activities to ensure that measuring instruments and systems operate correctly within required specifications and company needs. Support the quality control team. Perform inspections and tests on products and processes to ensure compliance with defined quality standards. Support the preparation of compliance reports, documenting test and inspection results. Assist in calibrating measuring equipment and control instruments, such as scales, thermometers, micrometers, etc., to ensure they meet required technical parameters. Assist in preparing and maintaining equipment calibration records. Support internal or external audits by verifying equipment accuracy. Monitor equipment calibration validity periods and request new calibrations when necessary. Send and collect calibration instruments to and from specialized laboratories. Review and approve instrument calibration reports according to established standards. Create instrument calibration histories. Maintain detailed records of inspections, calibrations, and nonconformities to ensure process traceability. Prepare periodic reports on quality and calibration status. Collect data during inspections or tests and record it accurately using tools such as spreadsheets, quality management systems, or specialized software. **Quality Documentation Organization and Archiving:** Assist in organizing, updating, and archiving all quality control-related documentation, including inspection reports, control sheets, quality control plans, and corrective action records. **Record Control:** Ensure all quality records are properly completed and maintained per internal audit or certification requirements, facilitating traceability and quick information access. **Document Compliance Verification:** Verify that all quality documents comply with company standards and regulations, correcting or updating them as needed. **Inspection Result Analysis:** Assist in analyzing data collected during quality inspections and tests to identify patterns or trends indicating process failures or improvement opportunities. **Quality Report Preparation:** Support the creation of quality reports for management based on collected data, highlighting inspection results, nonconformities, and corrective actions. **Requirements:** Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering (in progress or completed); Driver's License Category B.
