Join us!** **Responsibilities and Tasks** We are looking for a professional to work on the development of automotive brake systems, responsible for technical management and full oversight of components under their responsibility—from the concept phase through to production launch. * Manage the development of automotive brake components and subsystems (DRE), ensuring adherence to timelines, costs, quality, and performance * Monitor and ensure progression across project phases (concept, development, validation, and industrialization) * Interface with multidisciplinary departments (engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, and suppliers) * Coordinate integration among all parties involved in development, ensuring product maturity for SOP (Start of Production) * Prepare, review, and ensure correct application of technical project documentation * Monitor performance indicators and propose solutions for technical deviations * Support validation activities, testing, and issue resolution (issues) before and after product launch **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Production, or related fields) * Experience in the automotive sector * Hands-on experience in developing automotive brake systems * Intermediate English proficiency * Willingness to travel **Preferred Qualifications** * Advanced English proficiency * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Project Management * Experience with manufacturing processes (machining, casting, assembly, etc.) * Knowledge of other chassis systems (suspension, steering, wheels, and tires) **What We Offer** * Meal Voucher; * Transportation Voucher or Fuel Voucher; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * Maternity and Paternity Leave; * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * Flexible Working Hours.
