Job description: Manage the commercial activities of the store under your responsibility, ensuring product availability, achievement of sales targets, revenue generation, and team development, as well as compliance with the Company's standards and procedures manual. Provide technical oversight for the pharmacy, coordinating activities related to control, receipt, storage, inventory management, distribution, and organization of medications. Ensure the integrity of dispensing products sold by the store and support customers by advising them on proper medication usage.
