Support manufacturing and assembly teams in production requirements **Fastmetal** is looking for a proactive and committed professional to work as a **Production Assistant**, supporting operational activities in the production department. The professional will assist manufacturing and assembly teams, contributing to organization, productivity, and process quality. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform **grinding and finishing of welded parts**; * Carry out **painting of metal parts and components**; * Assist in **general warehouse activities**, as directed by the supervisor; * Operate **gantry cranes and overhead cranes**, when required; * Assist in **laser cutting and sheet metal bending operations**; * Support manufacturing and assembly teams in production requirements; * Maintain an organized work environment and comply with **occupational safety regulations**; * Perform other duties compatible with the position and organizational environment. **Requirements** * Prior experience in an **industrial or metallurgical environment** will be considered an advantage; * Proactivity, responsibility, and ability to work effectively in a team. **Working Hours** Considering the well\-being of our employees, Fastmetal adopts the following schedule: * **Monday to Thursday:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * **Friday:** 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Benefits * Health and dental insurance (**Unimed – co\-payment plan**); * Meals provided at the company; * Meal allowance (**R$ 2.50 per working day**); * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance; * Attendance bonus (**R$ 150.00 per month**); * Career development plan; * Seniority bonus.
