Support for corporate system maintenance We are seeking a Quality Systems Analyst committed to technological excellence to work on test planning, execution, and automation, as well as supporting the maintenance of key corporate systems. If you are detail-oriented, enjoy problem-solving, and value high-quality deliverables, this position is for you! **Responsibilities** Plan and develop test plans, acceptance criteria, and use cases based on technical and functional requirements. Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance tests on internal and third-party systems. Develop, maintain, and update test automation scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar. Record and document test results, report defects, and track corrections with responsible teams. Provide second-level technical support, investigating incident root causes and implementing permanent fixes. Support the maintenance and evolution of corporate systems, including CRM Salesforce, ERP Senior, and HR Gestor (Solides). Participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum or Kanban), contributing technical planning and continuous feedback. Collaborate with the Systems Analysis team on maintaining integrations, automations, and data solutions. Interact with users for test validation, support during user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue clarification. Create and maintain up-to-date technical and functional documentation for tests, fixes, and improvements applied. Conduct root cause analysis of recurring failures and propose preventive actions. Monitor and report quality metrics such as defect rate, test coverage, and average resolution time. Research, propose, and implement best practices in software testing and quality assurance. Stay updated on new tools, methodologies, and industry trends. **Mandatory Requirements:** Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar). Knowledge of test and defect management tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.). Knowledge of SQL for data validation in relational databases. Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). **Benefits:** Meal/Voucher Allowance: BRL 28.00 per working day.
