




Job Summary: A professional responsible for analyzing improvements, monitoring action plans, providing technical information for decision-making, and managing the entire personnel training and development process. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze and identify improvement opportunities through sectoral diagnostics 2. Provide technical information to support tactical/strategic decision-making 3. Manage the full training and personnel development cycle Analyze and identify improvement opportunities through sectoral diagnostics, as well as monitor action plans via the MV system; Provide technical information and arguments in tactical/strategic decision-making within the department; Assess training needs across departments, including approval and execution of all phases of the training process, as well as annual planning; Organize seminars and courses, planning their stages (logistics, participant notification, event promotion) to support employees' personal and professional development; Maintain records related to training and personnel development; prepare required reports; Conduct training sessions as requested and approved following a training needs assessment; Disseminate knowledge acquired from external training programs.
