The **Administrative Apprentice Program** of **Bunge – Rio Vermelho Unit** is conducted in **partnership with Semente da Vida (Junqueirópolis)**, a qualified training institution for **methodical technical-professional training**, as per **Decree No. 5.598/2005**.
Apprentices will have the opportunity to **perform administrative routines** in the **Administrative, Agricultural, and Industrial Divisions**, developing professional competencies with **mentorship, a structured learning path**, and real-world practical activities.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Support **administrative routines** (registrations, data entries, document and file organization).
* Assist with **controls and spreadsheets** (data updates, verifications, and generation of simple reports).
* Provide **internal customer service** (in-person and/or via email/systems), recording and forwarding requests.
* Monitor departmental **deadlines, basic indicators, and checklists**.
* Follow **procedures, safety regulations**, and **work instructions**.
* Contribute to **process standardization and improvement** (5S organization, standardization of forms and folders).
* Support **integration** among the **Administrative, Agricultural, and Industrial Divisions**, as assigned.

**Requirements and Qualifications**
* **Age:**
* Be **at least 18 years old**, or turn 18 by **May/2026**; and
* Be **no older than 22 years** (must not turn **23** before **May/2026**).
* **Education:** Completed high school.
* **Residence:** Must **reside in Junqueirópolis/SP**.
* **Availability:** **6 hours daily** — **4 days** at Bunge (practical training) and **1 day** at **Semente da Vida** (theoretical training).
* **Tools/Skills:** Basic computer knowledge (email, text editor, spreadsheets).

**Additional Information** **Theoretical-practical training** delivered by **Semente da Vida – Junqueirópolis**, in accordance with apprenticeship legislation.
**Work Schedule:** 6h/day — **4 days** at the company \+ **1 day** at Semente da Vida.
**Location:** Rio Vermelho Unit — **Junqueirópolis/SP**.
