PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Approved candidates may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Young Apprentice) **HIRING METHOD:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as: dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** EXPERIENCE IN PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITIES AND DELIVERING CLASSES TO YOUTH OR ADULTS IN THE FOLLOWING CURRICULAR AREAS: PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE, WRITING, INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS, MOTIVATION, LEADERSHIP, HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT, ADMINISTRATION AND/OR FINANCE. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum required qualifications, otherwise documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Employer's statement containing the issuer's CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and type of service rendered, along with a detailed description of performed activities; b) Or copy of the Worker's Booklet and Social Security (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only if CTPS registration title correlates with the requirement stated in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous worker payment receipt (RPA), specifying performed activities, supplemented by item "b" above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience.
