Manage internal and outsourced teams, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and policies. Keep the team informed about operational progress, ensuring efficient communication and process standardization. Supervise green maintenance, drainage, signage, and earthwork services, ensuring compliance with technical standards and quality requirements. Prepare performance monitoring reports and area indicators. Foster teamwork, motivation, and professional development of employees under your leadership. Comply with and enforce Quality, Environment, Health, Occupational Safety, and Road Safety regulations, promoting a culture of compliance and integrated management. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or related field). **Desired Technical Skills:** Proficiency in road maintenance processes (pavement, drainage, signage, and structures). Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Knowledge of technical standards applicable to road construction. Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Leadership and people management. Communication and interpersonal skills. Planning and organizational abilities. Decision-making capacity and proactiveness. Process-oriented mindset and results focus. **Desired Experience:** Experience in road construction and maintenance, including work with multidisciplinary teams and service providers. Previous experience in leadership or coordination roles for operational teams. It manages over 1,200 kilometers of road network composed of 12 highways in São Paulo state, passing through municipalities from Rio Claro, in the central region of São Paulo state, to Panorama, in the far west, bordering Mato Grosso do Sul state. The company began operations in June 2020, investing in infrastructure works, signage, technology, human and operational resources to serve users. The concessionaire administers 263.42 kilometers of SP\-310 and SP\-225, between the cities of São Carlos and Rio Claro, and from Itirapina to Bauru, which had already been under concession for 20 years, and 958 kilometers of highways previously managed by DER – Department of Highways – consisting of sections of SP\-284; SP\-293; SP\-294; SP\-331; SP\-425; SP\-261; SP\-304; SP\-308; SP\-197 and SP\-191, connecting municipalities in the Bauru, Marília, and Presidente Prudente regions. The contract signed with the São Paulo state government foresees investments of BRL 14 billion in infrastructure and technology over 30 years of concession. 600 kilometers of highways will be duplicated, in addition to the construction of shoulders, bypass roads, and bike lanes.
