Currently, we are seeking a *Production Assistant* to join our *Production* team at our *Lucas do Rio Verde* facility. We are looking for someone who demonstrates skills in *Responsible for assisting in controlling the biodiesel production process, ensuring finished product quality, and supporting operators in process adjustment activities and adherence to the sampling schedule. Maintains a clean and organized workplace, following internal safety standards and participating in the department’s cleaning schedule. Commits to learning operational routines, striving to acquire the necessary competencies to operate as a production operator within the established timeframe. Observes and reports to operators and supervisors any situations requiring operational intervention, contributing to production process efficiency and safety. Commit to learning Production department routines, aiming to develop the knowledge and skills required to assume operator responsibilities within two years.
