




Construction Coordinator **Work Locations:** * Lucas do Rio Verde – MT (1 position) **Contract Type:** Legal Entity (PJ) **Compensation:** Negotiable ### **Working Hours:** Full-time, Monday through Friday (with flexibility according to project schedule). ### **Main Responsibilities:** * **Team Management:** Lead and guide multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, automation, and civil), as well as site administrative teams. * **Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):** Be the primary responsible for safety and compliance with HSE standards. * **Execution and Productivity:** Ensure services are carried out according to schedule and planning (in partnership with the Planner), guaranteeing productivity and delivery quality. * **Technical Quality:** Verify technical compliance of work with project designs and contractual specifications. * **Client Relationship:** Act as the main technical and operational contact point with the client during project execution. * **Resource Management:** Control the allocation of labor, equipment, and materials, optimizing the use of available resources. * **Problem Solving:** Anticipate and resolve interferences, technical and logistical challenges, maintaining the project's productive pace. ### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of **4 years** of experience in coordination and management of industrial construction projects. * Solid experience leading multidisciplinary teams. * Advanced ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Strong communication skills, leadership profile, and ability to make decisions under pressure. * Proficiency in control and management tools (advanced Excel, MS Project, etc.). ### **Desirable Advantages:** * Experience in industrial, assembly, infrastructure, or agribusiness projects. * Conflict mediation skills and strategic project vision. * Organized, sense of urgency, and results-oriented. ### **Behavioral Competencies:** * Technical and behavioral leadership * Resilience and decision-making under pressure * Assertive and diplomatic communication * Planning and long-term vision Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Willingness to travel
