Job Summary:
Professional to execute and monitor the accounting closing of forestry operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, controlling costs, and preparing management reports.

**Responsibilities**
* Execute and monitor the accounting closing of forestry operations, ensuring accurate accounting for costs, inventories, biological assets, and fixed assets;
* Ensure application of current accounting standards (IFRS) in forestry area processes and operations;
* Perform accounting reconciliations and analyses of balance sheet and income statement accounts, ensuring quality and reliability of financial information;
* Control and analyze costs related to forestry operations and biomass consumption by industrial units.
* Monitor and manage operational expenses (OPEX) and capital expenditures (CAPEX), performing analyses and requesting reclassifications when necessary;
* Prepare management reports, performance indicators, and financial analyses to support decision-making;
* Monitor budget balances, projects, and PEPs of the forestry area, tracking execution and proposing adjustments where applicable;
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and managerial closing processes of the area;
* Perform calculation, analysis, and accounting of provisions, revenue and expense cut-off, ensuring adherence to the company's accounting policies;
* Collaborate with Forestry Operations, Controller, Accounting, Tax, Financial Planning, and Audit departments, ensuring consistency of reported information;
* Prepare working papers and accounting guidance related to contracts, investments, and forestry area operations.
**Prerequisites**
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields;
* Experience with accounting closing, reconciliations, cost analysis, and preparation of management reports;
* Advanced knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS);
* Advanced knowledge of Excel and SAP, OPEX and CAPEX management, budgeting, and investment control.
