Job Summary: Logistics process analyst responsible for payments, claims management, highway traffic fine control, and preparation of managerial presentations. Key Highlights: 1. Prepare managerial presentations with Supply KPIs. #### **Job Description** * Payment processes: Analyze the database of logistics movements, compile and spreadsheet the data, request approvals, and monitor the entire workflow until payment is processed by the finance department. Claims: Lead and organize all logistics claims processes, directing them to the appropriate business areas, requesting approvals according to delegated authority levels, issuing debit notes, and managing the workflow by reporting to coordination and business areas. Fine management: Serve as the focal point with the company responsible for managing and monitoring highway traffic fines arising from FS’s logistics flows, compiling and generating a database to support business area action plans.
