Serve as the focal point for managing highway fines #### **Job Description** * Payment processes: Analyze the database of logistics movements, compile and spreadsheet the data, request approvals, and monitor the entire workflow until payment is processed by the finance department. Claims: Lead and organize all logistics claims processes, directing them to the appropriate internal business areas, requesting approvals according to delegated authority levels, issuing debit notes, and managing the workflow while reporting to coordination and relevant business areas. Fine management: Serve as the focal point with the company responsible for managing and monitoring highway fines arising from FS’s logistics flows, compiling and generating databases to support business area action plans.
