With over three decades of history, this family-owned company has approximately 200 employees across three strategic regions of Brazil: Rio Verde (GO), Barra do Garças (MT), and São Paulo (SP). **We are seeking a Dryer Operator PL** **Responsibilities:** * Operate, monitor, and control drying machines, ensuring product quality such as grains, residues, or sand * Adjust operational parameters such as temperature, airflow, and humidity according to technical specifications and production targets * Perform first-level maintenance and periodic equipment cleaning, ensuring proper operation and continuity of the production process * Monitor and record daily production indicators and any operational incidents * Monitor product quality during the drying process, preventing losses, deterioration, or contamination * **Strictly comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations** **Requirements:** * Previous experience as a dryer operator or in roles related to grain processing will be considered an advantage * Technical knowledge in operating dryers (cross-flow, rotary, among others) * Ability to operate control panels, adjusting temperature, airflow, and humidity parameters * Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance and equipment cleaning * Attention to detail, responsibility, and commitment to product safety and quality **Note: The farm is located in the municipality of Sorriso, but it is closer to the center of Lucas do Rio Verde—approximately a 10-minute drive.** Minimum Education: Primary School (1st degree)
