Collaborate with business areas to deliver technical solutions **Automation Developer / Hyperautomation Developer – 25921** Develop and manage automation and hyperautomation solutions by mapping manual processes and transforming\-them into automated workflows using Python and Microsoft Power Automate. Ensure system integrations, API consumption, and data manipulation, partnering with business areas to translate requirements into technical solutions while ensuring governance, documentation, performance, and stability of automations. **Responsibilities:** * Develop automations primarily using Python and Microsoft Power Automate; * Map internal processes and identify automation opportunities; * Create automation workflows integrating various platforms and databases; * Build connectors, scripts, and pipelines to support more complex automations; * Ensure best practices in version control, documentation, security, and governance; * Partner with business areas to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions; * Monitor automations to ensure stability, performance, and observability; * Establish governance for automation projects; * Document automation workflows technically to ensure future maintainability. **Requirements:** * Programming Language: Proficiency in Python scripting, automation development, API consumption, and light ETL; * Automation Platforms: Experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud Flows) and other automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, and similar; * Connectivity: In-depth knowledge of REST API consumption (OAuth2 authentication, Bearer Token, JSON handling); * Data: Knowledge of SQL for querying and basic database manipulation; * Version Control: Familiarity with Git; * Analytical Mindset: Ability to examine a manual process and design the abstract logic required for its automation; * Autonomy: Hands\-on, investigative profile capable of resolving integration issues and interpreting unfamiliar API documentation; * Communication: Ability to translate business pain points into technical requirements; * Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with business and development teams; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with BPM / process mapping; * Experience with non-relational databases; * Experience with n8n automations; **Important Information:** **Work Location:** Remote **Working Hours:** Business hours **Employment Type:** PJ (Individual Contractor) **Project Duration:** Initially 3 months, with possibility of extension.
