




Description: Academic Background * Completed Higher Education in Computer Networks, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science or Computer Engineering * Postgraduate degree in the field is desirable; Experience * Experience in training is desirable; Specific Knowledge: * Strong writing skills and verbal fluency; * Communication ability and emotional balance; * Logical reasoning and basic knowledge of statistics and financial mathematics; * Knowledge of administrative and operational routines in the area of expertise; * Knowledge of legislation and technical standards in the area of expertise: planning and administration; * Proficiency in computer applications and systems used in the field: Word, Excel, Outlook, and database usage. Other Requirements: * Class B Driver's License: Essential * Availability to work weekends: Essential * Willingness to travel: Essential Develop teaching plans and lesson plans according to the courses provided by the Institution; Deliver classes and training at the Institution's Operational Units in-company using explanatory, interactive, and expository methods; Carry out complementary activities related to the development of teaching and learning processes; Develop and apply practical and theoretical learning situations; Prepare and conduct practical workshops at social events; Develop assessments based on classroom-taught content; Grade exams and record partial grades and final averages; Guide students during practical internships, assisting with project development and necessary corrections; Monitor and support students in clarifying general doubts; Develop teaching materials to be used in courses delivered by the Institution; Prepare lists of supplies required for practical class materials; Prepare lists of equipment and tools necessary for practical lessons; Train students for participation in Olympiads and other competitive events; Provide technical consulting in partnership with STI when requested or necessary; Participate in Sectoral Technical Committees for the development and revision of training pathways; Request and monitor corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment; Train service provider instructors in course delivery and adopted methodologies; Inspect and organize practical class laboratories, storage rooms, and supply depots; Develop items for SAEP within the area of expertise; Record the content delivered in class into the standardized approved document; Perform other related duties as assigned by the hiring unit. 2509110202521659682
