Provide support to the customer and insurance company regarding existing documentation issues. Assist customers with 24-hour assistance services (contacting the insurer for towing, locksmith, and other assistance included in each contracted product). Provide on-site service when necessary. Maintain updated information within the system, gather necessary documents for smooth processing, open automobile and home insurance claims with the insurer, request documents from the customer, send documents to the insurer and regulators, follow up on the process with the insurer and repair shops, and keep the customer informed about progress. **Requirements and qualifications** High school diploma; Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
