Internal Sales Representative
A metallurgical company is seeking an Internal Sales Representative in Lucas do Rio Verde.
**Responsibilities:**
Attend to customers, identifying their needs and proposing suitable solutions based on the company's products and offerings. Prospect new leads, developing strategies to expand the customer base and identify business opportunities across different regions or segments. Resolve customer inquiries and clarify doubts, providing empathetic, agile, and product-knowledgeable technical-commercial support. Act as a customer advocacy channel, receiving and guiding customers regarding complaints, recording incidents, and forwarding them to the responsible departments, always seeking effective solutions. Conduct scheduled external visits to foster in-person relationships with active and potential customers, maintaining trust-based relationships and expanding negotiation opportunities. Deliver commercial and technical presentations, demonstrating product/solution differentiators and associated customer benefits. Schedule in-person or remote meetings according to sales strategy or customer needs. Monitor order flow from negotiation through post-sales, ensuring deadline compliance and customer satisfaction. Update information in the company's CRM, maintaining organized records and contributing to commercial performance indicator analysis. Manage customer communication via email, telephone, and messaging apps, keeping an updated and efficient contact and interaction history. Organize and segment the customer database, classifying profiles, regions, and purchasing potential to optimize commercial planning. Plan external visits based on efficient routing and strategic priorities, aligning with the commercial plan and customer demand. Develop and strengthen long-term commercial relationships by adopting a consultative approach and delivering post-sales support whenever necessary. Participate in trade fairs, events, and technical visits, representing the company and identifying trends, competitors, and partnership opportunities. Monitor personal performance against management-set targets, analyzing performance indicators and continuously proposing improvements to commercial strategies. Collaborate closely with production, warehouse, finance, tax, and quality departments to ensure synergy across commercial operations.
Previous experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Consultant, Internal Sales Executive, or Sales Agent may indicate alignment with some of the activities for this position.
