Job Summary: Frontend developer with React experience to build modern, accessible, and high-performance interfaces while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Highlights: 1. Actively participate in code reviews and technical decisions. **What We’re Looking For** ================== A frontend developer experienced in building modern, accessible, and high-performance interfaces using React and sound engineering practices, collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to deliver complete, high-quality solutions. Hybrid work model (3 days/week) at Vila Olimpia/SP. **Responsibilities** ===================== * Develop modern, scalable, and responsive interfaces using React (hooks, Context API, functional components); * Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions; * Ensure interface quality, performance, and accessibility; * Apply best practices in coding, testing, and version control; * Actively participate in code reviews and technical decision-making; **Requirements and Qualifications** ============================== * Solid React experience (3+ years); * In-depth knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (including SASS or frameworks such as Tailwind); * Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.); * Hands-on experience with automated testing (unit, integration, and E2E); * Familiarity with tools such as Webpack, Vite, or similar; * Git and modern collaborative versioning practices; **Nice-to-Haves** ================ * Experience with Design Systems (creation, maintenance, or usage); * Knowledge of Storybook, design tokens, and tools like Figma API; * Contributions to reusable component libraries; * Familiarity with CI/CD and micro-frontend-based environments; **Behavioral Profile:** ============================= We are looking for someone who: * Enjoys teamwork and is **collaborative** in their responsibilities; * Has the **courage** to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into **creative solutions** and pursues excellence in all daily tasks; * Possesses strong **problem-solving skills**; * Is skilled and comfortable working independently and **managing their own time**; * Is interested in tackling both challenging and **innovative** technological situations.
