Interaction with residents and management of service providers We are looking for a technically skilled professional with a professional demeanor and administrative vision to work in a high-standard condominium in the city of Campinas. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and ensure compliance with the condominium's internal regulations; * Serve as direct administrative and operational support to the syndic; * Lead cleaning, front desk/access control, and security teams; * Monitor team performance; * Interact with residents, ensuring courteous and efficient service; * Supervise and guide service providers during their activities within the condominium; * Monitor cleaning and preservation of common areas; * Verify equipment functionality (pumps, elevators, lighting, etc.); * Request and supervise maintenance activities; * Conduct daily inspections of the condominium to identify issues. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in team management (cleaning, front desk, or facilities); * Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills; * Professional demeanor and ability to handle demanding clients; * Basic knowledge of administrative routines and computer literacy. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience as a supervisor or leader with administrative responsibilities; * Familiarity with conflict management and customer service; * Knowledge of condominium cohabitation regulations.
