Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive mechanical maintenance on industrial equipment; * Prioritize maintenance activities on equipment in the raw materials processing area, such as: mills, bucket elevators, conveyor belts for raw materials, and material handling and transportation systems; * Carry out disassembly, inspection, reassembly, adjustment, and replacement of mechanical components; * Perform alignment, calibration, lubrication, and retightening of mechanical assemblies; * Diagnose mechanical failures and propose actions to restore equipment reliability; * Support root cause analysis of failures and proposal of improvements; * Collaborate with electrical, operations, and maintenance engineering teams; * Strictly comply with safety procedures, lockout/tagout protocols, and equipment release procedures prior to intervention; * Record executed activities and maintenance observations in SAP, SAP Mobile, and departmental routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields; * Experience in industrial mechanical maintenance, preferably in ceramic, mining, cement, food, pulp & paper, steel, or other industries involving heavy mechanical maintenance; * Knowledge of machine elements, bearings, gearboxes, bushings, couplings, conveyors, mechanical power transmission systems, industrial hydraulics, pneumatics, and reading/interpretation of mechanical drawings; * Familiarity with mechanized casting benches for sanitary ware, high-pressure sanitary ware casting machines, robotic cells, industrial automation equipment, continuous and intermittent kilns is desirable; * Knowledge of predictive maintenance techniques and failure analysis. **Additional Information** Aligned with our organizational culture, we **care for life wherever it is**.
