We are looking for an Installation Technician to join our Team and contribute to business growth! ***Job Responsibilities:*** You will be responsible for ensuring the full functionality of telemetry and security systems, working directly on-site and contributing to excellence in the customer experience. * Provide technical support to customers, ensuring performance and reliability of installed systems. * Carry out preventive and corrective installations and maintenance, following quality and safety standards. * Identify and diagnose technical failures, propose effective solutions, and perform necessary adjustments. * Record service calls and contribute to continuous improvement of technical processes. * Train and guide customers and technical teams on proper equipment usage and maintenance. * Install, configure, and activate wired and wireless electronic security systems. * Conduct tests, adjustments, and functional validations to ensure efficiency of deployed systems. ***Requirements:*** * Technical or higher education degree in Electroelectronics, Automotive Electrician, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) required. * Experience in Service and Technical Support areas, with hands-on fieldwork experience. * Knowledge/experience using multimeter scales. * Knowledge/experience interpreting automotive electrical schematics (voltage and power supply). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. ***Preferred Qualification:*** Knowledge in **Telemetry.** ***NOTE:*** **Willingness to travel for work.** Compensation: R$2.500,00 \- R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Company vehicle Work Location: On-site
