Key responsibilities include instructing on proper product storage, conducting technical visits to monitor installation progress, identifying and reporting non-conformities, completing technical documents and reports, and guiding customers and contractors throughout the process. The role also includes post-sales follow-up to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. If you are proactive, possess leadership qualities, value precision, and enjoy maintaining order, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervises the commencement of grain storage equipment installation works, verifying the progress of civil works (the customer’s responsibility) and confirming whether the project layout has been correctly implemented on-site; * Establishes the construction schedule, indicating start, mid-point, and completion dates; * Verifies how the product delivered to the customer is stored at the site and provides storage guidance according to the instruction manual issued by the post-sales department; * Conducts technical visits to monitor the progress of grain storage equipment installation, clarifying questions from customers and contractors, identifying non-conformities, and collaborating with relevant departments to resolve them; * Reports identified non-conformities to the post-sales and technical support departments by completing technical data sheets and photographic work reports; * Performs technical handover of the completed work to the customer based on conducted visits and completed technical documentation; * Maintains contact with customers to support resolution of non-conformities occurring during or after project completion, informing the technical support department; * Conducts occasional post-installation visits to customers to verify proper operation of the installed system and assess whether the customer requires additional CASP products; * Performs equipment adjustments if necessary, including dryer tables and control panels, pre-cleaning machines, and elevator belts. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Mechanical or Electromechanical Technician; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (installation layouts); * Knowledge of grain storage equipment installation; * Skill in performing technical inspections and identifying non-conformities; * Ability to prepare technical data sheets and photographic reports; * Basic knowledge of equipment adjustment and calibration (dryers, pre-cleaners, elevators); * Familiarity with construction scheduling and deadline management; * Technical communication skills with installation teams, customers, and internal departments; * Proficiency in using technical manuals and installation guidelines.
