Job Summary: A professional responsible for vehicle/personnel access control, internal monitoring, and telephone reception, ensuring the security and organization of the condominium. Key Highlights: 1. Access control and entry/exit registration 2. Internal security monitoring (internal circuit) 3. Telephone reception and call forwarding The professional will be responsible for controlling vehicle/personnel entry and exit at the gate, recording entries in the condominium’s designated log; announcing and directing visitors to the individuals they seek; observing movement in internal areas either on-site or via the internal circuit, reporting any anomalies and taking appropriate actions as per established procedures; answering telephone calls and transferring them to their respective recipients, among other duties related to the position.
