Job Summary: We are seeking a General Construction Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage the profitability and execution of complex civil construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, the group includes two other companies focused on verticalizing strategic areas: **Witplan**, responsible for construction execution, and **Proxy**, a company dedicated to asset management after construction, operating in both Asset and Property management. **This position is intended for work with Witplan.** We are looking for a **General Construction Manager** to join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Economic\-Financial Management:** Responsible for contract result predictability, ensuring margins, controlling deviations, and safeguarding operational profitability. **Decision\-Making:** Responsible for making strategic and operational decisions based on risk analysis, financial impact, and result predictability. **Supervision and Management:** Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, cultivate future leaders, and ensure high operational performance on construction sites. **Leadership Scope:** Responsible for a robust, multidisciplinary structure with direct impact on large operational contingents and third parties, requiring high coordination, influence, and governance capabilities. **Operational Scope:** Work on projects comprising a portfolio exceeding 500\.000 m² developed, demanding high management capability, systemic vision, and operational discipline. **Impact and Reach:** Ensure project delivery with excellence, protecting contract profitability, company reputation, and customer satisfaction. **Task Variety and Scope:** Manage complex operations and multiple work fronts, prioritizing critical demands and ensuring execution efficiency. **Autonomy Level:** Operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, making significant decisions with technical maturity, security, and business vision. **Technical Knowledge:** Apply solid expertise in engineering and construction management to ensure construction quality, productivity, and technical compliance. **Communication Skills:** Communicate clearly and assertively across all organizational levels, facilitating alignment, negotiations, and executive forums. **Problem\-Solving Skills:** Anticipate risks, identify deviations, and implement effective solutions swiftly and pragmatically. **Interpersonal Skills:** Build trust-based relationships, influence stakeholders, and engage teams around results. **Operational Intelligence (Creativity and Innovation):** Drive continuous improvement, optimize processes, and elevate operational efficiency standards. **Technologies and Tools:** Use management and data analysis tools to strengthen governance, predictability, and decision\-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. * Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil construction; * Experience with industrial buildings and logistics warehouses. * Experience managing personnel and third parties; * Technical Skills: Full Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD; knowledge of Sienge software is desirable. * Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, technical leadership, communication skills, organization, commitment, and proactivity. **Additional Information** * Location: Campinas/SP. * Contract Type: PJ (individual contractor), on\-site. * Expected Start Date: Immediate. **BTS** is a company specialized in real estate project development, focused on meeting our clients’ demands in every detail.
