Financial Analyst

Description

Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and executing daily financial routines, ensuring precise control over cash flow, production costs, and relationships with suppliers and customers. You will act strategically to support senior management in data-driven decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Cash Flow Management:** Perform daily tracking of inflows and outflows, bank reconciliations, and financial projections. * **Accounts Payable and Receivable:** Manage payments to suppliers (aluminum profiles, glass, accessories) and monitor receivables from construction contracts (progress billings, installments, and invoicing). * **Cost and Margin Analysis:** Support analysis of manufacturing and project costs to ensure maintenance of budgeted profit margins. * **Invoicing and Tax Document Issuance:** Issue Product Fiscal Invoices (NF\-e) and Service Fiscal Invoices (NFS\-e), as well as bank payment slips. * **Proactive Collections:** Monitor delinquency and conduct professional, amicable negotiations with clients. * **Financial Reporting:** Prepare managerial income statements (DRE), financial performance reports, and monthly KPIs for presentation to senior management. * **Accounting Interface:** Organize and submit monthly documents to the partner accounting firm. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or currently in the final year of Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * Prior experience in this role (preference given to candidates with experience in industries such as metallurgy, civil construction, or window/door and glazing sectors). * Proficiency in Excel tools (intermediate to advanced level for data analysis and spreadsheets). * Experience with integrated management systems (ERP). * Proactive profile with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal communication.
