Job Summary: The Multifunctional Operator inspects, prepares, and processes parts, ensuring quality and contributing to environmental management. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on safety, quality, and environmental preservation ▪ JOB: MULTIFUNCTIONAL OPERATOR ▪ (Temporary position with potential for permanent hiring) \* Indaiatuba Requirements: \- Completed high school education; \- Experience in the role. Required Profile: Self-confidence, commitment, concentration, communication, negotiation, initiative, proactivity, flexibility, and focus on task completion. Main Responsibilities: \- Inspect parts and tools for condition (surfaces, impacts, assembly). \- Wash, dry, and load batches according to Production Orders. \- Load furnaces, monitor thermal cycles, and intervene in case of alarms. \- Select and segregate parts for tempering in appropriate furnaces/temperatures. \- Monitor cooling system water temperature. \- Prepare part surfaces for hardness testing (cleaning and sanding). \- Perform and approve hardness tests using benchtop and portable hardness testers. \- Maintain area cleanliness and care for furnaces and fixtures. \- Use all mandatory PPE. \- Contribute to the Quality Management System, ensuring safety and environmental preservation. \- Perform other duties related to the position and compliant with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards.
