We invest in diversity, innovation, and technology to deliver the best experience of connected energy solutions to each of our 16 million customers! **Work Location:** Campinas/SP **Your energy will be vital for:** You will support Neoenergia Group’s CLOUD landscape, considering its hybrid/multi\-cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/On\-premise), aiming to ensure availability (monitoring/observability), reliability, and scalability (including via automation). You will pursue continuous improvement of IT infrastructure processes and resources, as well as drive their updates in response to technological or business process changes—through planning and execution of research and evaluation of products and suppliers based on testing and benchmarking—to maintain operational continuity. **Responsibilities:** * Develop KPIs for performance and outcome analysis related to Neoenergia Group’s CLOUD landscape; * Engage with suppliers relevant to your area, verifying whether delivered services meet company needs and align with the department’s financial plan, proposing improvements and ensuring compliance with technical specifications and active contracts; * Interface with Global IT teams; * Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure high-excellence deployments and operations; * Stay up\-to\-date with emerging technologies and new products, enhancing recommendations for innovations and/or improvements to processes, tools, and services used in Neoenergia Group’s hybrid/multi\-cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/On\-premise); * Research, analyze, and implement new technology solutions, features, and services to continuously improve service quality delivered by the IT department; * Interact with internal leaders and teams. **To join our team, you must have:** * Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields; * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS); certification is desirable; * Experience managing and maintaining Windows and Linux servers in Azure and AWS environments, databases, and cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS); * Proficiency in infrastructure\-as\-code using Terraform; * Ability to monitor cloud resource performance, availability, and costs; * Capability to diagnose and resolve failures in cloud environments; * Capacity to plan capacity and scale resources according to demand; * Experience ensuring compliance with security standards; * Experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins); * Participation in global technical committees and application of their guidelines within Neoenergia’s environments; * Proficiency using ServiceNow for service, incident, and change management; * Experience managing third\-party teams, ensuring delivery quality, SLA compliance, and alignment with internal processes; * Proficiency in English or Spanish (intermediate) for meetings. **Nice\-to\-have qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in IT or related areas; * IT certifications (Cloud domain); * Advanced/Fluent English and Spanish. **To keep your energy levels high, check out our benefits:** * **Health and Dental Plan** to care for you and your dependents. * **Food Allowance** to stock up on groceries or **Meal Voucher** to enjoy lunch with colleagues; * **Profit and Results Sharing Program**, the most anticipated moment of the year!; * **Extended Maternity Leave**, enabling a more tranquil postpartum period; * **Paternity Leave**, allowing you to stay close to your family during your baby’s first days; * **Totalpass**, for physical activity and sustained energy; * **Language Program**, to help you improve in another language; * **Private Pension Plan**, for a more peaceful future; * **Life Insurance**, supporting our employees at every stage.
