**Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * **Masonry and Structure:** Erect brick or block walls, construct foundations and concrete structures. * **Finishing:** Apply plaster, screed, lay surfacing materials (flooring, tiles, porcelain stoneware), and perform final finishing. * **Technical Reading:** Interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings to ensure construction accuracy. * **Preparation and Mixing:** Prepare mortar, concrete, and other materials using concrete mixers and hand tools. * **Maintenance:** Repair cracks, leaks, and carry out general renovations. * **Safety:** Erect scaffolding, use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and comply with safety regulations.
